History[]

Charles previously lived in Wales where he was married to his high school sweetheart Gweneth. Afterwards he moved to America from Wales to start a new life, eventually getting a job as the general manager of Young Technologies.

Personality[]

Charles is a blunt and honest person who puts up a front to keep from becoming attached. He initially comes off as a cold and calculating man whose only interest is the betterment of Young Technologies, but the truth is that he is very caring. However, he manages to get what he wants through manipulation, even though what he wants is always in the best interest of the person he's manipulating.

Physical appearance[]

Charles is a relatively tall and lean muscled man with blue eyes and blonde hair. His hair is typically styled in a professional manner but is otherwise shaggy and messy. Charles wears a suit and ties to work, while a casual t-shirt and jeans with glasses are worn outside of work.

Love Interests[]

  • Sam Young: His assistant at Young Technologies. Charles initially took interest in Sam only because he felt responsible for molding her into the future CEO of her father's company. However, he stopped doing this after Sam confided in him that she did not want to take over the company. He then decided to help Sam build her confidence and become independent through manipulation. Their relationship is slowly melting Charles' frozen heart.

Others[]

  • Samuel A. Young: The CEO of Young Technologies and Charles direct boss. Mr. Young is not a huge fan of Charles but entrusts his company and his daughter to him for safekeeping.
  • Miss Rosewood: A woman who works in the same building. They are neither friends nor enemies, but they are semi lovers.
  • Eva Lawson: Previous lovers. Eva has an obsession with Charles and frequently harasses him. Charles has started to Eva that, although he enjoyed the sex, they had a rule not become attached and Eva did, so he broke it off. It is presumed that they met through Mr. Young since he is a client of Eva's father.
  • Marshall Law: It is unknown what their relationship is, but it is presumed that they met through Eva. Charles has known Marshall since before he became a celebrity Viewtuber and still went by "Benjamin".
  • Gweneth: Charles was once married to his high school sweetheart. Charles deeply loved her but was heartbroken to discover her infidelity. They divorced shortly after and Charles moved to America to start his life over. This act of betrayal deeply scarred Charles and has kept himself from ever committing to anyone again, opting to instead have casual sex partners without ever growing attached. As a reminder of this, Charles still carries his wedding ring on a chain kept in his pocket.[1]
